This is Beauty with Leslie,  Hope your summer has been going great.  I ‘m a wife, mother of 4 grown married children, grandmother of 14, and I’m building my Empire for my family and showing my grandchildren the value of hard work and the fruits of thier labor.  My passion is that they see and remember that sales is a great profession and there is no ceiling to what you can earn.  And that there is more than being entilteled and hard work gets you where you want to go and what you want to be.

My summer has been busy and I have traveled a little this smmer.  Begining of June I went to Atlantis Bahamas on Avon for 3 days.  What an amazing trip all inclusive and flying first class compliments of Avon.  In July we traveld back home to Upstate NY to see family.  My dad turned 84.  Saw my new grandson Sam, his brother Caleb and sister Maya, and my sister and her family.  We went to the local county fair.  Aspen, Madix and Morgan had a great time riding the rides and watching our local Derby.  The kids swam in back yard of my sisters at the falls.

My nephew was in the derby and he was just diagnosed with Melanoma.  So alot of us wore shirts for Justin.

And to finish the summer off  next weekend I will be traveling to Rep. Fest with Avon to Gaylord Opryland hotel in Ten.  To see what is coming to Avon for the fall and to see those recgonized for thier achievements.

While the summer has been going  I have had my grandkids with me every other week and when they are with me we stamp books, and toss books.  My grandaughter Aspen saw that while tossing we recieved 3 new customers.  So she said “is there any other books to stamp.”  I guess she saw the fruits of her labor.  Bingo that is my passion to show my grandchildren there is a life style in selling that can providefor them freedom and independence.  Have we arrived yet no.  We have not we are begining to Build our Empire with Lipsticks, Smiles, Laughs, and love by inspiring family, customers, and reps to live thier Dreams.

One of the things I love to do is store fronts and I love setting up at stores, meeting new people and helping them with products and with the opportunity to Build Their Own Empire.
