Team Performance is what I call My Team. What we strive for is: Team Performance group is to help and pursue growth of our individuals and of our team. We are to take our own responsibility for ourselves and our Business by working our own Avon Business and growing our own Empires.

We need to make our mark and put a stamp on your Business and Team. I believe that in order to be noticed you need to set yourself apart and you need to find your niche and be known by putting your self out there. Getting to know your Community, Customers, & Representatives. Make your presence known and help your community out by Fund Raising for a cause.

Listen to what people are telling you they will tell you what they want or what they need. By doing this you will be the “To Go To Person “ when they need any thing. Will this happen over night? No, you will need to be consistent, persistent and noticeable.

How I do this is Store Fronts, Fund Raisers, telling my Story, and Be known as that Avon Lady. Have I arrived? No I have not this is a process and need to keep working and putting my self out there. I figure who will build my Empire for me? Me no one else, so if I do not work it, it wont be worked. I have discovered slacking off makes me lazy and I get stagnate and watch others go to where I want to be and get what I want. So no more I’m going for it so Watch this and Watch me do this!

I was asked by my Coach where do you want to be at the end of the Coaching time in 13 weeks. I want to be Gold Ambassador and by end of 2017 Bronze Leader. So what that means for me is a lot of work.
